Guidelines & Template

Guidelines: Please read the Abstract Submission Guidelines before preparing and submitting your abstract.

Template: Please use only the official template for both poster and oral presentation submissions.

PLEASE NOTE

  1. Abstracts should summarize novel scientific research findings. Purely clinical case reports are generally not suitable for presentation at the ADF Annual Meeting.
  2. At the time of abstract submission (submission deadline), the data must not have been published.
  3. Authors must disclose whether the same or a substantially similar abstract has been submitted previously to the ADF, ESDR, or SID Annual Meetings in previous years, or whether the underlying data have already been published and indexed in PubMed. Abstracts that do not present predominantly new findings (at least 50% novel data) are not eligible for oral presentation and will only be considered for poster presentation at the ADF Annual Meeting.

Simultaneous submission of the same abstract to other regional or dermatological congresses, meetings of dermatological subspecialty societies, or conferences of non-dermatological scientific societies is permitted.

If you have any questions about submitting your abstract, please feel free to contact us by email at abstracts@adf.events.
