Terms and Conditions
Cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel up to 42 days before the first day of the event (date of receipt), the registration fee will be refunded minus a processing fee of 35 EUR. If you cancel later than this or fail to cancel, no refund of the registration fee will be issued. You may designate a substitute at no additional cost. Please also note that failure to attend the event does not exempt you from the obligation to pay.

  • The proof of status must be written in English or German; The proof of status must be issued on official hospital or university letterhead;
  • The date of the proof of status must not be older than 3 months from the date of registration;
  • The status must be valid during the conference in March 2026;
  • The proof of status must display the applicant’s full name and date of birth;
